Hub Internships
We currently aren’t looking for new interns…
but keep an eye out for when we do in the future.
About the Program
Hub is an online magazine aimed at 15-22 year olds in South Australia. Hub is run by a team of interns, aged 18-22, on behalf of the Commissioner for Children and Young People SA. The Commissioner has heard from young people that they don’t feel seen by or represented in mainstream media, so Hub exists to fill that gap and show young people in all their depth and diversity. Hub provides a platform for young people to voice their opinions, share their creative work, and discover upcoming events and opportunities across the state.
Hub also features content from the South Australian Student Representative Council (SA SRC), highlighting the work the 160 representatives are carrying out in their schools and communities.
Hub Internships are an unpaid professional development opportunity to be part of the team that writes articles, creates content for social media, and runs the website behind the scenes for Hub.
